Taking a trail: another way to discover Saint-Malo

Would you like to discover Saint-Malo and the surrounding area in a different way? How about a multi-day hike along one of its trails?
Visitors often stop over at our hotel in Saint-Malo between two hikes! In fact, one of the best ways to discover the corsair town and its surroundings is to follow the "sentier des douaniers", better known as the GR34.
So why not don your walking shoes and set off to discover some of the region's most beautiful spots, such as the Côte d'Émeraude or the beautiful beach of Sables-d'Or-Les-Pins, for example?
The GR34 long-distance hiking trail: another way to discover Saint-Malo
Did you know that the GR34 hiking trail covers 1,800 kilometers? That's a lot of wonders to discover on foot!
Particularly accessible, it can be walked by beginners and experienced hikers alike. And for the laziest among them, there's a great walk between Saint-Malo and Dinard.
Stretching over 15 kilometers (all the same), you can reach the Rance dam by following the GR34 westwards from Saint-Malo. Afterwards, you can drive through Dinard! Want to return to Saint-Malo after your expedition? Nothing could be simpler! Take the Compagnie Corsaire sea bus!
